Children follow a structured and exciting program covering all areas of learning. Our courses are conducted in both English and French to allow a total immersion in both languages. Children can learn to switch from one language to another quite naturally.
 
Our K1 program focuses on developing the language skills of children, but also on its ability to solve logical and mathematical problems, to develop creativity and physical capabilities. We organize special activities every Friday such as cooking, circus, gardening ...
 
Moreover, we consider it important for the child to discover the world around them. That is why we organize an excursion once a month either to the parks, zoos, aquariums, farms etc. Parents will be invited to join us in these activities.
French
 
Our K1 program prepared by our French teachers focus on the French children's culture. Our program is based on reading and listening to stories and famous fables for children, learning rhymes and children's songs and some others classic and funny activities of preschool program. Children deepen their knowledge of writing (capital letters). The French program incorporates to live game situations, to make research, to make free or guided productions, rich and varied exercises that enrich the formation of their personality and cultural awakening.
English

 

Our English program for K1 is based on the Singapore National Education Program (MOE). It is specially crafted by our Singaporean teaching team. It includes "speech and drama, phonics, math and logic, arts and crafts, music and singing, sports and cooking."

Introduction to Chinese (optional)

 

Our courses are based on Chinese programs of international kindergartens. They include an introduction to Chinese pinyin and characters through several topics related to Chinese culture. The focus is on counting and logic as well as the learning of traditional Chinese songs and stories for children.

Singing and Music
 
We stimulate the children’s interest towards music through theatrical plays, musical instruments and dancing. Our singing session is accompanied by the sound of the piano and led by our teachers of French and English. Learn both languages cheerfully and naturally through music allows your child to develop his interest in singing and self-confidence.

 

Visual Arts
 
A variety of activities will be organized according to each subject studied. The objective of these workshops is to stimulate creativity and tactile and visual memory capacities of the child through an introduction to drawing, painting, modelling, sculpture and other crafts.

 

Reading

 

Students learn the French language through the variety of books available. They listen to a story told, tell it in return, understand a story, reflect about what motivates the actions of characters, interpret a story in context, identify and assess the effects of language and the interaction between text and image, become familiar with the book as object, make link with multiple memorized stories etc.

 

Educational Games
 
Promote the development of creativity of children and their ability to solve problems by playing with other children and various recreational toys.

 

Sports Activities
 
Your child will discover many team sports such as football, basketball, volleyball, cricket etc. Small competitions will be organized once a month with international schools in the area.

 

Theatre
 

This course aims to stimulate the memory and imagination of your child by learning short dramatic scenes. Parents are invited to attend our shows at events of end of years organized by the school.

Dance
 
This course aims to encourage your child to express themselves through different types of movements and rhythms. From folk to jazz to Chinese dance and African dance, your child will discover a wide variety of dances. Parents are invited to attend our shows at events of end of years organized by the school.

 

Special Events

 

Cuisine, Kung Fu, jardinage, cirque et bien d'autres activités seront parties intégrantes de notre programme.
